I am an author, speaker, and coach who works with resilient women who are looking to find their passion in life and ready and willing to take the steps to achieve their dreams. I have spoken at Be a Healer Workshop, Celebration Women in business Conference, Student Leadership Summit, Women’s Empowerment Conference, and on Women’s View Radio.

Coaching women and networking with other women in business is not where I started a special passion for helping women grow. I have experience in leading young girls as a counselor, Girl Scout Leader, and Winter Guard Instructor. It has always been important to me to be a positive role model and teach young women to believe in themselves and make a positive impact in the world. As an adult, I realize how much women need to have leaders to help them reach their goals.

With a Master’s degree in education and having completed Coach For Life, a coaching training program accredited by the International Coaching Federation, I have continued to develop teaching and training skills that I applied to developing a career coaching programs in both my business and while working as a full time Career Coach at a local community college.

I enjoy working with women entering the workforce who are still trying to figure out what it is they are good at and what they are passionate about as well as women who have been working for years and are ready for a change. I empower clients to know who they are, identify what they want, and gain confidence to reach their goals.

I want to help you increase your knowledge and self-awareness through reading, writing, speaking and other forms of self-expression, bringing you comfort, connection, and acceptance while increasing your value, self-worth, and confidence to make a positive impact in the world.

My purpose is to empower you to be strong against your own negative thoughts and the situations and experiences that made you doubt, limit, and hold back your power. I want you to show resilience when defeat feels near, to rise above and not feel victim to circumstance. Know that you hold the power to change. Don’t be afraid to offer ideas. Be strong and confident in yourself. You have great gifts, you have a purpose, you to have a voice; express your voice, and be heard.
